Refund Policy

Cagenda offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact Cagenda support and we will help you submit the request.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, refunds are handled under Paddle's standard refund policy, available at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current paid period.
